Meetings
* Club Organisation – 1st Wednesday of each month at Royal Hotel Herberton or Tepon raceway, Flaggy Creek Road, Wondecla, Herberton. 7:00pm
* Race Meetings – 3rd Sunday March to October at Tepon Raceway, Flaggy Creek Road, Wondecla, Herberton. 10:00am to 4:00pm

Races
* We have both Speedway and Circuit races on the one day
* Morning Races :- Use the shorter speedway track – Anticlockwise only.
* Afternoon Races :- Use the longer Circuit track – Both directions.
* “Butchers Picnic” Races :- Using a staggered start, all grades race together. Two “Butchers Picnic” Races are run – 1 before lunch using the speedway track and the last race of the day using the longer circuit track.

Grades of Racers
* Drivers are sorted into grades (usually 3 – C,B,A). Grading decisions take into consideration both car speed and driver skill. We also want to cater for racers who just want to do it for fun – “Not So Serious Racers” (no points with “reverse grid” starts using previous race finish order ). If numbers are low in one grade, 2 grades may be run together.
